Thailand Tennis Terms of Service

Service and accounts

The app provides Courts, Matches and Me. Favorites and personal plans do not book a court. Verify venue information and booking channels with the venue. Players arrange matches themselves; we do not guarantee attendance, facilities or results. Matches currently have restricted availability, not access for all users; actual availability applies.

Verified Apple sign-in establishes a business account and may create one on first sign-in. Google and phone sign-in are not available. Read the Privacy Policy and Match Rules and make the choices shown in the app. Do not impersonate others, share credentials or evade restrictions. Accounts are not automatically merged by email or name.

Matches and content

Posting, applying, accepting, cancelling, reporting, blocking and appeals follow the match rules. Other players cannot view your contacts before matching; afterwards access is limited to the host and accepted player as permitted. Harassment, fraud, malicious reports and disclosure of others' private information are prohibited. Parties cannot moderate their own dispute.

Contributors must hold the necessary rights to content and images; these terms do not replace third-party permission. You grant only storage, display, moderation and technical processing necessary to provide the service, not unlimited sublicensing or unrelated commercial use. Removal and legally required retention follow the Privacy Policy.

The first release charges no platform service fee and does not collect venue fees. Players confirm fees and bookings with the venue. We offer no payment escrow or refund guarantee. Future charges require prior notice.

Support, appeals and safety

The operator checks in-app reports, appeals and the support inbox at least daily. Reports receive human attention as soon as practicable, without a round-the-clock two-hour promise. Appeals receive a decision within 24 hours; complex cases receive reasons for an extension and an expected completion time within 24 hours. An automated receipt or successful submission is not a human response. Contact Support for progress.

Assess health, weather and venue risks before meeting. Do not transfer money to strangers in advance. Contact local emergency services in an emergency. These precautions do not exclude the operator's legal responsibilities.

Deletion, records and changes

Request deletion on the account page under Me, reauthenticate, confirm and check the current task status. Sign-out, uninstalling or stopping Apple authorization is not completed deletion. See the Privacy Policy for necessary records, cleanup targets, backup limitations and rights. Seven days is the cleanup target for specified categories, not an implemented automatic expiry guarantee.

Material changes are disclosed on the official pages. Where renewed consent is required for processing, it is obtained before that processing. When the match-rule version changes, renewed acceptance is required before posting or applying.

Law and disputes

These terms choose Chinese law and courts in China having lawful jurisdiction. This does not exclude Thai personal-data, consumer or other mandatory protections where applicable, or statutory complaints and remedies. It is not a claim of legal certification in all regions or completed legal review.
